The Downing Clinic - Ground Lamb, Oatmeal, and Peas
Ingredients
2 lbs.
2 cups
1 package

Ground Lamb (I usually can't find organic)
Cooked Organic Whole Grain Rolled Oats
Frozen Organic Peas

1 Cook lamb by sautéing in a pan until it loses its pink color, 10-15 minutes on a low heat.
2 Drain any extra fat off and discard the fat. Cool. Place ground lamb in large bowl.
3 Cook organic whole grain rolled oats according to package directions (no salt) to make two cups.
Cool
4 Lightly cook, 1 package organic peas frozen,
5 Mix lamb, cooked oatmeal, peas in large bowl.
6 Portion into storage containers and freeze, if desired.
