The Downing Clinic - Roast Pork, Sweet Potatoes, and Green Beans
Ingredients
1 3-lb.
1 large
1 bag

Lean Pork Loin Roast
Organic Ruby or Garnet Yam or Several Small ones
Organic cut Green Beans

1 Heat oven to 325 degrees.
2 Bake roast uncovered in baking pan about an hour or until pork is quite done.
3 Bake yams in pan with an inch or so of water in the bottom, and loosely cover with foil to steam the yams.
4 Cook 1 bag organic cut green beans in water to cover until done. Drain, let cool.
5 Cool pork and yams and slice and cut up pork. Peel and cut up yams.
6 Mix pork, yams, beans in bowl.
7 Portion into storage containers holding several meals. Freeze, if desired.
