The MOA serves as the voice of osteopathic physicians with the
state legislature, playing a vital role in influencing health
legislation and improving the quality of care in the state of
Michigan. Medicaid funding, access to care, and patient safety
are just a few of the issues the MOA monitors. They also host
one of the largest osteopathic continuing medical education
conferences in the country.
